. . . Vincent just keeps managing, to cause even more trouble, doesn't he.

Although, speaking of Hail, sort of, since I mentioned that she told me about Doldum, and Dormouse, she did manage to defeat her hatred of Vincent, so that she could move on. She doesn't forgive him, but, the moving on thing, is important to note.

Vincent's just messed up. He's been through a lot, and he's seen things that made me sick. But instead of being sick, instead of being sad about it, he tries to pretend they were his fault. I don't know why, but he wants to be a villain, so he'll do things to make people hate him, even people like Gil.

Still, I'm glad that Hail could change that. I think it's better for her that way.

[pchaaair]

I do, too. She seems happier, at least.

. . . But, I really do not get why Vincent wants to be the villain, or make things his fault. But, even knowing that, he has done enough that is his fault, to make me not give him a chance, ever again. He ran out of chances, a very long time ago. There is trying to make things your fault, and then there is doing a lot of bad things, that are your fault, on purpose.

I guess, I really do not get the kind of person that he is, at all.

I don't really get it either. I think he blames himself for a lot of things, but more than that he thinks blaming himself is the answer as well. So the more that people will blame him, the more that he is guilty of, the easier it would be . . . or something like that.

But it doesn't make up for anything that he's done.

[pchaaair]

Not really. For the stuff he actually has done. . . it's hard to make up for that. And, even if he did try, I am not sure if I would accept it. There are limits.

Sorry. I know I kind of, er, brought up a serious subject.

No, it's something that's important to both of us, to Ruby.

I'm going to let the rest of them know, soon, since I know Vincent does not like Ruby, at all. Because... I think they should know, and, aside from Shade, I am not sure if anyone can properly warn them about Vincent, anymore. You're not here, and, since Yukio got all of his memories, I am the only one that was at Turquoise, that one day. Ash knows about the manipulation thing, from that one voting Jabberwock game. And, Fuuma knows what I have told him.

But, we have had a lot of new teammates, too, that have no idea, about anything related to Vincent.

I can't believe he's still there anyway . . . but warning them is a good idea.

... I am not sure what to say to one of them, though. He was an Iolite, but, he came out of the book, to be a Ruby. He is a cool person, but... even if he doesn't remember anything, it still is kind of awkward, to say something, because of Vincent being on Iolite.

He was an Iolite—? But if he doesn't remember it, what's wrong with that? His team's Ruby now.

... I guess, it just seems kind of awkward, in a way. But... I will still let him know.

Um... speaking of him, do you want to meet him? I think you would probably like him.

I was a Ruby who came before you! But you can call me Oz.

Aye, and I seem to be on Ruby after you. Shade has named me Slick, my memories call me something different.

—You remembered your name?

Er, yes. Perhaps it slipped my mind.

Slick sounds like a good name though.

You could have worse names, to be honest.

We've never given anyone bad names . . .

I've named our newcomer Fellow! That's also quite fitting.

The only names that we have had, are... Twinkle, who is Fuuma, and then... uh, Ember, who is Ash, or Zuko.

Ember is kind of a C.C. name, for him, though. Or, at least, it is what C.C. used most.
